All DiamondDrift puppies come from championship bloodlines and are bred for adherence to the
AKC conformation standard. Parents are OFA (hips and heart) and CERF (eyes) health-certified and each puppy's health is guaranteed. In addition, we aim for
pups with enthusiasm and aptitude for working as befits this multi-talented and active breed.

Please, please, please think long and hard before acquiring a puppy from a pet store or through the newspaper classified ads. Most, if not all, pet store puppies
are churned out at an alarming rate with little or no care given to the animals' health
or genetic suitability for breeding. Most, but not all, puppies in the classifieds are from "back yard breeders" who probably haven't given
any thought to the health/genetics issue either and are out to make a few dollars on the side by breeding a litter. Please educate
yourself and make an informed decision about your new furry friend. Check out the
SCA's Puppy Buyer's Guide for more information. Remember, a bargain-priced puppy will most likely not be a bargain in the long run -- it pays to have
healthy, sound parents from strong bloodlines.
